Quinn Novy has extensive experience working in the field of special education. She holds a Master of Arts in Autism Spectrum Disorder and is a practicing special educator. Quinn is passionate about creating environments for her students that reflect brain-based practices that lead to proactive learning approaches. She believes that student-centered planning can improve the resource room environment, school staff efforts and student outcomes in all areas, including academic and functional. Her methods have proven to help shift behaviors and learning achievement so that students and educators are more responsive and less reactive when the challenges of autism arise.
