Bureau of Education & Research (BER) is the leading provider of professional development training for educators in North America.

Start and end times are as follows:
All In-Person Seminars are scheduled 8:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. local time
Check-in is 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. local time
All Live Online Seminars are scheduled 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. in the time zone indicated.
Check in 15 minutes prior. Registrants will be sent login information by email four days before their Live Online Seminar.

Participants will receive an email with access instructions four to five days prior to the event. This email will be sent to the email address included with your registration.
If your class is scheduled to start this morning, please give us a call after 5:30 am Pacific time: 1-800-735-3503.
Otherwise, you can request access to your event by submitting a request.
Participants of In-Person Seminars, Live Online Seminars and those completing the Recorded Version online can receive a Certificate of Participation that may be used to verify five (5) continuing education hours. In addition, state CEUs are available for all versions of the course in most states. For details, visit our continuing education page: www.ber.org/ceus. Graduate elective credit is offered through University of Massachusetts Global, a nonprofit affiliate of the University of Massachusetts, with an additional fee. You will need to attend the entire event, as well as complete a final project. There is no need to sign up or pay university fees in advance of the event. We stand behind every program we produce. If a
participant is not satisfied with a program, we provide a 100% refund
of the fee.
Substitution may be made at any time prior to the event. If you know prior to
the day of the program, please give us a call and we will take care of it for you. Otherwise, just
have your substitute let us know when he or she checks in the
morning of the event.
100% of your paid registration fee will be refunded if you can't attend and notify us at least 10 days before the seminar. Late cancellations made prior to the event date will be refunded less a $15.00 service fee. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.
We are sorry, but resource handbooks are not available apart from event attendance, unless you purchase a recorded version (which is available for most one-day seminars): recorded versions include full access to the resource handbook.
Unfortunately, we sometimes cancel events if our instructor is unable to travel to the event site due to inclement weather or last minute travel problems.
If schools in your area are closed due to inclement weather, please check here the morning of the event before you leave home to confirm whether or not the event will be held. If the event is held and you are unable to attend due to the weather, we offer a full refund.

We are sorry that due to copyright issues we cannot give permission to record our events. However, most of our one-day seminars are available as recorded versions. If you are interested, view our recorded events.
Participants of In-Person Seminars or Live Online Seminars: Complete the End-of-Course evaluation provided at the end of the day within 30 minutes of issue to receive a certificate of participation that may be used to verify five continuing education hours. You Certificate of Participation will be emailed within 10 business days of your event.
For those completing the Recorded Version online: Complete the end-of-course evaluation prior to the expiration of your recording to receive a certificate of participation that may be used to verify five continuing education hours. Upon completion of the survey, you may access your Certificate of Completion directly through your online account.
