As a veteran classroom teacher and mathematics mentor, Bonnie Angel has worked extensively in a variety of classrooms and schools to strengthen student engagement and learning in mathematics using Guided Math. From small rural districts to very large school systems with incredible diversity, Bonnie has worked passionately to support teachers, academic coaches, paraprofessionals and other staff to increase student success in math. A frequent state and national presenter, she has provided many professional development offerings including highly sought-after Guided Math best practices and differentiation trainings. Bonnie is a past president of her state's Council of Teachers of Mathematics and works closely with her state's Department of Education in Math. Bonnie is also the author of Maximize the Power of GUIDED MATH to Increase Student Math Learning (Grades 3-6), the extensive digital resource handbook you will receive at the seminar.
