TRICIA WELLS is experienced as a classroom teacher, principal, behavioral specialist consultant, and staff developer. She has extensive experience supervising programs for students with behavior disorders, including serving as the assistant principal in charge of discipline at Boys Town, Nebraska. She is the author of RESTORATIVE DISCIPLINE: Help Your Students Improve Their Behavior and Strengthen Their Learning, the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar. Tricia is the co-author of numerous training materials in use by hundreds of schools throughout North America who have significantly improved the effectiveness of their discipline referral process. Tricia is a proven “change agent,” possessing a powerful ability to challenge long held beliefs about troubled and troublesome students, and offers practical, proven strategies to effectively improve student behavior.
