Savanna Flakes is an engaging and enthusiastic international presenter who believes teachers can successfully work together in Co-Teaching teams to reach and teach every child. She is an award-winning teacher, leader, author, and educational consultant. She is a National Board Certified Teacher, a National Education Technology Standards Certified Teacher and the author of Shaking Up Special Education: Instructional Moves to Increase Student Achievement and I Have Special Needs AND That's Not Why I Am Special. Savanna currently serves as an international education consultant, coaching teachers, modeling effective instructional pedagogy for teachers, and providing professional development on inclusion, co-teaching, differentiation, classroom management, and universal design for learning. Savanna is known for her passion and dedication to reaching diverse learners, and her exciting, hands-on, and collaborative seminars.
Petra Nelson is a highly experienced special education teacher, Co-Teacher, educational consultant, and international presenter. With decades of grades PreK-12 experience, Petra has worked extensively as a Co-Teacher and special educator. She has also trained and supported thousands of teachers and administrators on effective inclusive practices using co-teaching. Petra knows firsthand the unique challenges facing Co-Teachers in creating the most effective Co-Taught classrooms to bettersupport students with special needs. She is passionate about providing real, doable, practical approaches for helping students make maximum gains through Co-Teaching strategies and partnerships.
Catherine Wilson is an outstanding educator, consultant, and national presenter, known for her enthusiasm and practical ideas for Co-Teaching students with disabilities. Catherine brings an extraordinary passion for meeting the needs of all students through Specially Designed Instruction, appropriate access and supports that shift the focus from students with "disabilities" to student "abilities." 	Semester Credit Option
	
 Up to four graduate level professional development credits are available with an additional fee and completion of follow-up practicum activities. Details for direct enrollment with University of Massachusetts Global, a nonprofit affiliate, will be available at this program.
Meet Inservice Requirements
	Participants of both the Live Online Seminar and those completing the Recorded Version online can receive a certificate of participation that may be used to verify five continuing education hours.
