Anissa is a sought-after consultant for school districts and educational agencies across the nation and presents at local, state, and national conferences, promoting early learning teaching strategies that support all students and stimulate a love of learning. She is the author of The Self-Determined Teacher: Using the Behavior Principles of Self-Determination to Re-Inspire Your Educational Fire (2025).

Angela Searcy brings over three decades of practical experience as a teacher, therapist, internationally recognized speaker and consultant. Angela has an expertise specializing in early intervention strategies you can use in your Kindergarten classroom immediately. Angela is the author of Push Past-It! A Positive Approach to Challenging Classroom Behaviors (Gryphon House Publishing, 2019) and Elevating Equity Advice for Navigating Challenging Conversations in Early Childhood Programs (2023).
