You might be surprised to learn that in my first few years of teaching, math was my least favorite time of the day. The textbooks were dull, and I didn't know there was a better way. Determined to change that, I set out to hone my instructional approach, and math quickly became my favorite subject to teach.

I am excited to share how Math Workshop opened the door to more effective math instruction for my students – and how it can for yours as well. I've designed a dynamic, hands-on day to equip you with the tools, strategies, and confidence to build or enhance your own highly effective Math Workshop.
