About the Instructor – Sarah Robinson

Sarah Robinson is an outstanding grades 6-12 English/Language Arts teacher and national presenter. She is known for her down-to-earth approach and practical, use-tomorrow strategies. A National Board Certified teacher, Sarah has mentored and supported fellow ELA teachers pursuing certification. She is passionate about training teachers and sharing the best ways to build workplace literacy skills in ELA classrooms while helping students meet and exceed rigorous ELA expectations.

Sarah is an experienced teacher trainer, providing professional development on best practices in literacy. She loves helping teachers enable their students to be effective readers, writers and critical thinkers – now and in the future. Sarah is the author of WORKPLACE LITERACY: Preparing English/Language Arts Students for the Reading and Writing Challenges of the Work World (Grades 6-12), the extensive resource handbook you will receive at the seminar.
