Casey Watts is a nationally recognized educator, instructional leader, and professional learning facilitator who specializes in building student motivation in schools. With experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and academic coordinator, Casey understands firsthand the challenges teachers face when working with reluctant and disengaged learners.  Through her work with schools and districts across the country, Casey has helped schools create proactive systems that improve student motivation, strengthen instructional practices, and build cohesive, vision-driven teams. Known for her engaging, down-to-earth approach, she equips educators with practical strategies that are easy to implement and proven to boost student confidence, persistence, and participation.
