About the Instructor – Glenn Wiebe

GLENN WIEBE has many years of U.S. History teaching experience at the middle school and high school levels. He is the author of Increasing Student Learning and Engagement in Your U.S. HISTORY Classes (Grades 6-12), the extensive digital resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar. Additional authorships include his award-winning website History Tech and published articles in the National Social Studies Supervisors Association journal and the Teaching History website. Long active on his state’s Social Studies council, Glenn is currently the President of the National Social Studies Supervisors Association, serves on the advisory board of the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources program, serves as a State representative on the National Geographic Advisory Committee, and is a member of the iCivics Educators Network.
