About the Instructor – Judy Lynch

Judy Lynch is an outstanding presenter and a highly experienced first and second grade teacher, Reading Recovery teacher and national reading expert. Judy trains teachers in workshops, conferences and school districts across the United States. She is the author of four professional books for K-2 teachers from Scholastic: Easy Lessons for Teaching Word Families (1998); Word-Learning, Word-Making, Word-Sorting, 52 Lessons for Success (2002); Making Word Walls Work (2005); and First Grade in Photographs due in 2008. Judy’s seminars are fast-paced and filled with practical ideas you can put to use immediately in your own guided reading program.
