Mary Peterson is an enthusiastic, primary‑level teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience and is known for her highly motivating ideas and the practicality of her presentations. She is an experienced teacher trainer, mentor teacher and adjunct professor.
Mary is the author of two professional books from Scholastic: Extra Practice Math Centers: Addition, Subtraction and More (2007)and Extra Practice Math Centers: Multiplication, Division and More (2007). She is also the author of ADVANCED GUIDED READING STRATEGIES: New Ideas to Take Your Guided Reading Instruction to Another Level (Grades 1‑3), the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
