BETH HATLEN is an engaging presenter with more than 20 years of experience working with students of all ability levels. As a K-6 reading specialist and classroom teacher, Beth has also served the needs of students in a Title One elementary school. Beth trains teachers in practical, classroom strategies for students with dyslexia. She is a certified trainer in Orton-Gillingham research-based methods. Beth has worked internationally to train and certify classroom teachers, speech pathologists, special educators and reading specialists. Beth is the author of DYSLEXIA: Best Strategies (Grades K-6), the extensive digital resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar. Additional authorships include NOW Classrooms K-2: Lesson for Enhancing Teaching and Learning through Technology.
