Nicole Teyechea Mcneil is an award-winning ESL teacher and nationally recognized presenter on effective instruction for ELL students. With many years of experience working with ELL students and ESL programs in a variety of contexts, she is passionate about helping ELL students achieve both language literacy skills and academic success. Nicole is the author of Accelerating the Academic Literacy Skills of Your ELL Students (Grades K-8), the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
