Rasheeda Hardy is a distinguished ELL teacher, ELL instructional coach and nationally recognized presenter on the topic of effective instructional practices for English Language Learners. With her many years of experience teaching ELLs and working to support ESL programs in a variety of contexts, Rasheeda knows what works and is passionate about sharing outstanding strategies for supporting ELLs’ literacy skills and academic success.

Colleagues regularly praise her ability to stay current on the latest research and to distill it into practical, use-tomorrow ideas for busy ELL educators. Rasheeda is also the author of Accelerating the Academic Literacy Skills of Your English Language Learners (Grades K-8), the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
