Dr. Gaye Lang brings years of experience, having worked extensively with grades PreK-2 students with challenging behaviors. A highly sought speaker, Dr. Lang regularly presents in schools, districts, states, and nationally on developmentally appropriate restorative practices, managing challenging behaviors, and restorative discipline practices in early childhood. She takes great pride in supporting fellow educators in planning their next steps and providing tangible strategies for immediate implementation in the classroom. Dr. Lang is a published author and co-author of several books and publications including Raising the Bar: Measuring Restorative Practices (2019) and Restorative Discipline Practices (Park Place Publications, 2017). Her commitment to restorative practices training and coaching has positively impacted thousands of participants.
