Tricia Wells has over 35 year of experience as a classroom teacher, principal, special education consultant, and staff developer. She has extensive experience supervising programs for students with behavior disorders, including serving as the assistant principal in charge of discipline at Boys Town, Nebraska. She is the author of Reducing Discipline Referrals: Practical Strategies for Working Effectively with the 10% of Your Students that Cause 80% of Discipline Referrals, the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
Tricia is the co-author of numerous training materials in use of by hundreds of schools throughout North America who have significantly improved the effectiveness of their discipline referral process.
