Dear Colleague:

Jake was a struggling but succeeding student when his father was killed. Overnight Jake became a non-producing student whose only answer to every question was "I don't know." He was numb. Jake needed a different approach to managing school. Brian had two words for the new skill being taught in his elementary PE class, "That's impossible!"
