As librarians, we have an enormous opportunity to meet that need, but it can be overwhelming to manage it all. Students and staff alike count on us to be ready and willing to support learning at every moment. In this innovative seminar, learn practical tips to enhance your library program, as well as numerous timesaving tips and strategies compiled into one day, just for you!
This NEW Tips, Tools, and Timesavers seminar will provide you with the framework and resources to meet the varying needs of all your library students, plan easier and make learning more engaging and exciting for all your students! You will learn how to manage the housekeeping aspects of a library more efficiently, so that you can spend more time focusing on building important connections with your students and get to know the curious human beings that they are. I will share a wealth of free resources to accomplish this for your own library program. In addition, you'll discover new ways to better collaborate with your colleagues, administrator, and community to advocate for the importance of school librarians and libraries.
As librarians, we work hard to provide the most engaging, useful lessons that will challenge students at all levels of learning. The strategies and practices shared in this seminar will help you do just that! All activities are tested and practical.
