Susan Fitzell is a dynamic presenter who is passionate about helping teachers and paraeducators make Co-Teaching and inclusion work successfully. From her years of experience, she fully understands the challenges inherent in Co-Teaching and shares her own insightful understanding of the issues of Co-Teaching and inclusion. Susan’s sessions are lively, fast-paced and filled with a wealth of proven “how to” strategies and valuable resources geared specifically for the Co-Taught classroom.

Cindy Jones has extensive experience as a teacher of special needs and general education students, a crisis interventionist, a principal of a school for students with behavior and emotional challenges, an at-risk consultant, and behavior specialist. Because of her extensive background, she is able to offer dozens of practical and effective strategies that have worked for her and countless educators in Co-Taught classrooms. Her lively, practical sessions feature cutting-edge, research-based information, engaging activities and ready-to-use strategies that will work for you.

Kathy Morris has been a special education teacher for more than 30 years and a consultant for behavior disorders, autism, assistive technology and LIFE Skills, providing technical assistance, seminars and workshops to educators throughout the United States. Kathy brings her many years of experience working in diverse special education teaching formats, including Co-Teaching in K-12 classrooms. All of her strategies are classroom-proven and ready for you to try in your own Co-Taught classrooms.
