Uniquely Qualified Instructors

Evilia Jankowski is an outstanding school nurse and national presenter with extensive experience at all school levels. Evilia currently supports over 33 school districts and 290,000 students PreK-12, as one of two School Health Nurse Consultants. In her state she served as president of her association of school nurses, is one of two Epinephrine Resource School Nurses and has worked on their asthma program for over 17 years. She is an expert on School Medical Emergency Response Teams.

Sandra Moritz is a nationally certified and recognized, highly experienced school nurse and coordinator with more than 30 years of hands-on school nursing practice. As her state’s School Nurse of the Year, a recent National Association of School Nurses presenter and national speaker, she is a frequent presenter at conferences, in-services and seminars. You’ll leave Sandra’s sessions energized with new ideas and practical strategies for enhancing your school nursing practice.

Deborah Pontius is an outstanding school nurse with a diversity of experiences. She is currently the Recertification Chair for the National Board of Certification for School Nurses. She proudly served on NASN’s Board of Directors and Executive Committees, is an NASN fellow, authored and co-authored several NASN Position Statements, has been published in NASN School Nurse, and is a contributing author to Individualized Healthcare Plans (2nd Ed.). Participants praise her high-quality, engaging, evidence-based sessions, full of practice-ready techniques.
