Kristen Remenar has extensive experience as an outstanding teacher and a popular children’s librarian. Her enthusiasm about the best books for young children and how to use them to teach early literacy skills is sure to motivate and inspire. Her passion is discovering great books for young learners and sharing a wealth of ways to inspire preschool and kindergarten students to fall in love with the powerful world of reading.

In addition to knowing the best young children’s books, Kristen delights her audiences with practical, proven, easy‑to‑implement ideas for using books, activities, songs, and a host of movement experiences to meet the diverse needs of young children and strengthen their literacy skills.

Kristen is the author of The Best Young Children’s Books for PRESCHOOLERS AND KINDERGARTNERS and How to Use Them to Strengthen Early Literacy Skills, the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
