Jonathon Hunt is an outstanding teacher, enthusiastic librarian and a dynamic presenter who gives his audience exactly what they want – dozens and dozens of irresistible titles for teens and a wealth of ideas on how to use them in their classrooms and libraries.

In addition to being a full-time educator, Jonathan has served on numerous award committees, including the Newbery Medal, the Printz Award, and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize. Jonathan reviews young adult literature for the Horn Book Magazine and frequently writes feature articles and columns for them as well. He is also the author of The Best Young Adult Books of the Decade and How to Use Them in Your Program (Grades 6-12), the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
