Uniquely Qualified Instructors

Denise Gudwin is an acclaimed teacher, author and outstanding, nationally recognized presenter. She brings a wealth of knowledge and dozens of practical ways to strengthen Co-Teaching teams’ literacy instruction. Experienced as a classroom teacher, Co-Teacher, literacy specialist, teacher trainer, and a special education program and professional development administrator, Denise has many perspectives to share with teachers. In addition, Denise has extensive experience in ways to strengthen collaborative Co-Teaching partnerships.

Cindy Jones has extensive experience as a teacher of special needs and general education students, a crisis interventionist, a principal of a school for students with behavior and emotional challenges, an at-risk consultant, and behavior specialist. Because of her extensive background, she is able to offer dozens of practical and effective strategies that have worked for her and countless educators in Co-Taught classrooms. Her lively, practical sessions feature cutting-edge, research-based information, engaging activities and ready-to-use strategies that will work for you.

Kathy Morris has been a special education teacher for more than 30 years and a consultant for behavior disorders, autism, assistive technology and LIFE Skills, providing technical assistance, seminars and workshops to educators throughout the United States. Kathy brings her many years of experience working in diverse special education teaching formats, including Co-Teaching in K-12 classrooms. All of her strategies are classroom-proven and ready for you to try in your own Co-Taught classrooms.
