Doreit Bialer is an experienced and practicing Occupational Therapist, as well as an outstanding national presenter. She has worked with students in school settings from preschool to high school, has worked as a private practitioner, and as a consultant and independent contractor to multiple public and private schools. Most importantly, Doreit knows firsthand the challenges facing Occupational Therapists in schools and has developed activities and strategies to make the most of limited money, space and time.

In addition, she is the author of Current, Best Strategies to Help OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS Support Students and Become Integral School Team Members, the extensive resource handbook you will receive at the seminar. Doreit is also the co-author with Dr. Lucy Jane Miller, Ph.D, OTR at the STAR CENTER in Denver, of the book No Longer A Secret, Successful Strategies for Children with Sensory Processing Disorders, (Sensory World, Future Horizons, 2011).
