Sue Will, RN, BS, MPH, NCSN, FNASN, has more than 30 years in practice as a school nurse in urban, suburban, public, and private schools. She has provided school health services to multicultural populations in high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and alternative learning settings for students from birth to 21 years of age. Sue has served on Special Education Committees, 504 Committees, Student Assistance Teams, Pupil Problems Committees, Crisis Intervention Teams, and Safe School Teams. Known for her long-term advocacy for school nursing and student health, she was a lobbyist and legislative chair for her state school nurse organization, on the board of directors for The National Association of School Nurses as Government Relations Chair, and is Past President of NASN.

Sue speaks from real-life experience, having provided informative, practical and energizing presentations at more than 100 state, national and international conferences. She has published more than 30 articles and is an editor for the upcoming 2016 edition of Individualized Healthcare Plans for the School Nurse. She is a contributing author to the School Nurse’s Source Book of Individualized Healthcare Plans (Haas, 1993). Her style is lively, practical and realistic, designed to provide attendees with ideas for the multiple challenges in school nursing. She is the author of Innovative Ideas for Enhancing Your Effectiveness as a SCHOOL NURSE, the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar.
