Uniquely Qualified Instructor

Rebecca Gault is an enthusiastic presenter and master classroom teacher who has worked with both students and teachers across the curriculum in grades 6-12. She has achieved National Board Certification in Adolescent and Young Adult English Language Arts. A published author, Rebecca has written three books dealing with secondary literacy entitled: Descriptive Writing, Persuasive Writing and Improving Reading Skills Across the Content Areas: Ready-to-Use Activities and Assessments for Grades 6-12.

She has been trained as a Master Teacher in her state through her work with her State Department of Education and in this capacity provides ongoing staff development to the teachers in her district and across her state. She is a teacher for online literacy courses implementing the tenets of Universal Design for Learning designed to meet the instructional needs of all students.

As a Teacher Specialist for her district’s Professional Development Office she works tirelessly to gather the latest innovative ideas to motivate students. Rebecca combines her experience with a passion for teaching literacy that will inspire participants to leave the seminar excited to use the tools she has provided to integrate the literacy techniques into their own classrooms.
