Mary Peterson is a highly experienced and enthusiastic ELL teacher and outstanding national presenter who is known for her motivating and practical strategies and ideas. She has firsthand experience with state standards for reading, writing, speaking, and listening and how they apply to English language learners. She is the author of Help Your English Language Learners Meet Your State Standards for Literacy (Grades K-5), the extensive resource handbook each participant will receive at her seminar. Mary presents seminars that are fast-paced, inspiring, and above all, practical and research-based.
